Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages and leads retail store and commercial in hitting sales target, achieving growth through acquisition of new accounts and increase market share.
Manages and leads retail store and commercial team in development of new customers, maintaining good relationship with existing clients, and foster loyalty as well.
Manages retail store and commercial team to achieve accounts receivable targets in accordance with credit terms and policies.
Evaluate and reviews the P & L and OPEX of each Retail Stores.
Provide trainings and coaching sessions with Area Supervisor, Account Sales Executives, ASEs and Dealers Sales Representatives.
Create plans, strategies and sales projections for the purpose of meeting company’s objectives.
Effectively implement company policies, guidelines and strategies related to commercial sales and client relations.
Provide reports and market information to the management.
Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and Operations Team and other departments to ensure supply requirements of clients are known and met.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
