Job Description
• Responsible for an inbound and outbound calls for booking appointments
• Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs
• Providing customers with information and advice warranty protections
• Create job estimate and repair order
• Explain technical issues to customers in simple terms
• Service sales generation
Qualifications:
✓ With degree in Automotive Technology or relative courses
✓ With NC-II Certification
✓ With Driver's License
✓ Proficient in using MS Office Suites and Google Suite
✓ With knowledge in basic automotive fundamentals
✓ With good communication skills
✓ Willing to be assigned in Hino Parañaque Service Center
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Range: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00
