Field Collectors - Multiple Vacancies Available

WE ARE IN NEED OF:

FIELD COLLECTOR / DRIVER

(P18,000 – P 20,000)

Job Description:

Responsible to receive and collect cash and check payments from customers of C&E Publishing, Inc and its affiliates.
Issue official receipts and Provisional receipts to clients upon payment
Deposit cash and check collections to C&E depository banks
Prepare daily collection report to summarize all collections receive and remit together
Perform pull out and sold out of inventory thru Bill of Consignment and Sales Report
Ensure pulled out books are all accounted and in good condition
Endorse pulled out books to Checker at the warehouse
Pick-up provincial pull outs from trucking and bus terminals to endorse to the warehouse
Secure and packing of books of provincial pull outs to be picked up by forwarders and cargo for shipment
Perform reconciliation of receivables and inventory with customer
Perform countering of documents such as Sales Invoices, Statement of Accounts, Collection Letters and BIR Ruling
Prepare liquidation of budget for calendar itinerary
Act as a driver for other departments or C&E Group of Companies when needed

Qualifications:

At least college level or college graduate
Must have at least 1 (one) year work related experience
Computer literate
Able to perform tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Has good oral and written communication skills
Able to establish or maintain effective working relationships
Has driving license and knows how to drive
Familiar to road directions and alternate routes

Work Schedule: Monday – Monday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) – Compressed Work Schedule so there is no Saturday Work Schedule
