Job Description
> Relevant work experience of 1-2 years in a related capacity.
> Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with MS Office Word and Excel.
> Strong command of the English language, enabling effective communication and reporting.
> Provide students with comprehensive information on school regulations and policies, clarifying various infractions and their
corresponding penalties.
> Regularly inspect all school premises to ensure students' adherence to the prescribed uniform standards.
> Collaborate with and provide specific directives to the school security team concerning student safety and discipline matters.
> Manage minor disciplinary cases according to the procedures outlined in the Student Handbook.
> Record and document instances of significant student misconduct, directing these cases to the Discipline Committee for review
actively participate in Discipline Committee meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.
> Liaise with relevant departments to address student behavioral concerns, making appropriate referrals as necessary.
> Deliver informative presentations or strategies for disseminating information on topics like crime prevention, student rights, safety, and
discipline.
> Cultivate a secure and orderly environment by fostering positive interpersonal connections with students, faculty, and staff members.
