Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting Management or business-related courses
 Basic accounting
 Credit analysis
 Credit investigation
 Financial statement reading, protection, and analysis
 Basic knowledge in different business industries, economic conditions, and current, local, and national events
 Basic knowledge in banking operations
 Ability to handle occasional or special duties on top of regular functions
 With at least three (3) year banking experience.

Job Description
1. External Collection Agency:
a. Endorses an external collection agency for accreditation and on-boarding.
b. Monitors the collection performance of existing external collection agencies.
c. Review the billing from ECAs and endorse the billing statement to the Accounting Department.
2. Foreclosed Properties
a. Creates guidelines on bank’s foreclosure processes
b. Monitors the movements of bank’s foreclosed properties.
c. Evaluate and endorses prospective buyer/s under Sales Contract Receivable.
3. Others
a. Attend conferences/trainings required to improve skills and job performance.
b. Perform other duties as may be required by the President and/or Department Head.
