Job Description

Job Summary:
-Review, validate, and approve transactions to ensure accurate, timely records based on the approval matrix.
-Ensure proper recording of payables, payment journals, and adjustments, including accruals and prepayments.
-Review cheques before issuance and manage liquidation of advances.
-Prepare monthly schedules, special reports, and aging of payables.
-Ensure all transactions align with company policies, observing proper cut-off periods.
-Generate and maintain Disbursement Books and securely store company documents.
-Manage expenses for tax compliance and recommend tax-saving initiatives.
-Provide external auditors with necessary information.
-Oversee cash flow, fund allocation, and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding and compliance with financial covenants.
-Manage investments, bank relationships, and debt obligations, reviewing and approving treasury-related disbursements.
-Identify process improvements, assist in fund monitoring, and supervise the Accounts Payable Team.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA in good standing (Other professional certification is a plus)
-2+ years of treasury background.
-Exposed in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with PFRS and tax regulations.
-Strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset; experience in trading/distribution is a plus.
