Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our non-voice graphic design account. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional support throughout the design process.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about our services, pricing, and design process.
• Manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with our design team to ensure client satisfaction and address any design-related concerns.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our graphic design services and products.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for graphic design and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
