Job Description
Work Location: QUEZON CITY
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing support to the accounting department.
• Ensure all accounting tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts statements.
• Handle email correspondence with clients regarding outstanding invoices in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.
Qualifications:
• At least two years’ experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
Salary Range (Php): 16k

- 16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
