Job Description
Position: Senior Management of Mine Maintenance / Heavy Equipment Department
- Registered or Licensed Professional
- Work experience in related field: 10 years and up
- Set Maintenance Division long, medium- and short-term goals and objectives in line with Mining Operations Plan (MOP) objectives.
- Ensure that safe work rules and practices are understood, implemented and consistently followed by Mine Maintenance Division employees and all service contractors.
- Identifies critical contingencies affecting the Mine Maintenance Operation in the next 5-10 years in terms of economic, environmental, social and physical conditions and forecasts future conditions.
- Define, follow-up and optimize Mine Maintenance expenses.
- Ensure adoption and adherence to company's standards, norms and best practices.
- Manage the performance of the Mine Maintenance Division, including effective use of the Performance Indicators.
- Ensure the management of individual performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of maintenance activities.
- Inform the Maintenance community about local best practices, difficulties & results.
- Contribute to the achievement of production, quality, environment, reliability and utilization targets.
- Contribute to the conception, acceptance and integration of new equipment and installations.
- Contribute to spares stock optimization in co-operation with the other departments concerned.
- Validate work orders for significant repairs in terms of cost and techniques
- Review priorities assigned to work orders and all planned activities
- Be dedicated to the development of successors and individuals who have potential for further responsibility.
- To be involved in the identification, assessment, development planning and review of successors.
- Salary:
- 150.000,00 ₱ Monthly
