Job Description

1. Oversee and manage the entire Sales department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
3. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
5. Coordinate with branch managers to ensure consistent sales performance across all locations.
6. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve overall sales effectiveness.
7. Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
8. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.
4. Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategies.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
8. Willing to work in Scout Rallos Quezon City
