Field Sales Manager

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the wholesale, sporting goods, or school
* supplies industries, (FMCG)
* Proven track record of managing large accounts and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
* Strong understanding of the wholesale sporting goods and school supplies markets, including key brands, products, and seasonal trends.
* Knowledge of inventory management and distribution channels within the sporting and educational sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and securing long-term contracts.
* Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive business growth.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and account management.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the industry.
* Can do field work / Willingness to travel in different areas Nationwide
* Accustomed in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Excel / Pivot / PPT / Canva
