Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce or related courses
7-8 years relevant experience but flexible to 5-6 years
Experience in Operations - KPI – Management
Experience in People Management of at least 5 years (handled 10 or more than associates/ staff)
Experience in any related Conflict Management/ Conflict of Interest/ Risk Management
Client Management
Proficient research & analytical skills with knowledge of databases
Amenable to work on NIGHT SHIFT – 11:00PM – 8:00AM
