Job Description
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course; CPA preferred
• 3-7 years of relevant, hands-on accounting & bookkeeping experience
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Provide recommendations
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Managing a variety of tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
Job Qualification
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Financial Reporting Services department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data, tax compliance and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Ensure compliance with deadlines of accounting activities, financial reporting, government regulatory requirements, tax compliance, and year-end audit
• Ensure accounting systems, standards, policies and procedures are properly carried out
• Training of subordinates. Ensure each subordinate receives whatever training is necessary for job competence
• Oversee the cash flows and treasury matters of the Company
• Must be willing to work in Makati
- Salary:
- 60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
