Job Description

Broad Scope:
• Recruitment
• Billing
• Employee Relations
• Compliance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

o Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
o Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
o Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.
o Ensure all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate.
o Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
o Provide support to hiring supervisors throughout the interview process.
o Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential employees.
o Assist with onboarding new employees.
o Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
o Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Billing:

o Manage billing processes related to recruitment services for the recruitment agency firm.
o Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment follow-ups.
o Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and communications.

Employee Relations:

o Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
o Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
o Help maintain a positive work environment by assisting with conflict resolution and providing guidance on company policies.

Compliance:

o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
o Assist with maintaining up-to-date employee records and documentation.
o Support the HR team in conducting audits and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
