Job Description

Job Description Summary:
Agents will provide customer services support initiating new reservations or changing existing reservations and offer redemption for direct guests that meet certain qualifications and criteria for onboard spending.
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
•Proficient in both English and Traditional Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing).
•Proficient working in a client technology provided environment with multiple
applications and navigation between applications to research information
•Intermediate knowledge of PC and software applications including Microsoft
Excel, Word and Outlook
Customer-focused
Customer-friendly
Experience and background in a contact center
Specific Casino knowledge is not required as they are not hosting on board
Understand the brand
•Must be amenable to work onsite in Cebu
•Open to Filipinos and Foreigners currently in the Philippines.
•Foreigners with PRV or 13A will be prioritized.
