Job Description

RESTAURANT MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality and food industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Optimize operational efficiency to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
• Regularly review product quality.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Train and supervise staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive team environment and address any staff concerns promptly.
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Motivating employees to achieve targets.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a presence on the floor to interact with guests and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Suggest and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Execute promotional events and special offers.
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
• P24,000 + Service Charge.
• Govt benefits (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth) will be given after probationary period.
• Quarterly incentive when target is met.

WORK LOCATION:
• Pasig City
