Job Description
The Recruiter will deliver full life-cycle recruiting and will work with the offshore and onshore hiring managers and stakeholders as well as vendors to fill significant positions.
Job Description:
Receive hiring requirements from Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
Calibrate with Hiring Managers regarding the head count needed per position as well as the requirements needed.
Create Demand Request, Job Requisition and Job Posting using internal systems.
Source candidates through online portals, employee referrals, internal job posting, vendor / supplier and Capgemini systems.
Monitor and track the status of candidate’s application.
Conduct Recruitment interview/ phone interview across all assigned positions.
Evaluate the profile of candidates after the Recruitment interview.
Endorse Recruitment shortlisted candidate for fit interviews with hiring managers.
Invite Recruitment shortlisted candidate for interview (telephonic, personal, videoconference).
Confirm final recommendation of hiring managers after final interview.
Prepare job offer approval documents, seek approval, and conduct job offers.
Maintain hiring salary directive.
Maintain and update reports needed for Recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter.
Familiarity with social media, online job portals, vendor management, and professional networking.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of technological roles.
BS in Human Resources Management is preferred but not required.
