Job Description

Location: Remote (preferably from Manila or other nearby provinces)
Schedule: Dayshift

Essential Skills:
Excellent organizational, adaptability, critical and strategic thinking, and communication skills
5+ years in a customer-facing Account Management position
Ability to understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Managing and developing relationships with clients- Top Management/CEO/CIO/COO and the likes Experience within the SaaS, E-commerce, and/or retail tech industries strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Business/marketing or any related field

Desired Skills, Certifications:
Strong customer relationship building. Analytical and problem-solving skills
With extensive sales and account management experience- 3 years and above
Proficiency in Google Work space and Microsoft Office applications with IT Saas Sales background
Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Role: Account Manager for CSM- upselling/cross-selling/relationship building

Responsibility:
Managing and developing relationships with clients
Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
Existing customer visits- HO or stores
Connecting to key business executives
Understand customer’s business issues, desired business outcomes and recommend solutions based on Contrast’s best practices
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary:
55.000,00 ₱ Monthly
