Job Description
SCHEDULE: WFH, Dayshift (9am-6pm)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Business/marketing or any related field
• 5+ years in a customer-facing Account Management position
• Ability to understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Managing and developing relationships with clients- Top Management/CEO/CIO/COO and the likes Experience within the SaaS, E-commerce, and/or retail tech industries strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Google Work space and Microsoft Office applications with IT Saas Sales background
Responsibility:
• Managing and developing relationships with clients
• Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
• Existing customer visits- HO or stores
• Connecting to key business executives
• Understand customer’s business issues, desired business outcomes and recommend solutions based on Contrast’s best practices
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
