Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and summarizing data from patient records.
- Reviewing, extracting, and entering patient information into databases for various purposes such as quality improvement, research, billing, and reporting.
- Facilitating accurate documentation and data management which is essential for healthcare delivery, research, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- PH Registered Nurse with active PRC License
- Atleast 1 year clinical work experience (company or clinic work experience is okay)
- No BPO Experience required.
- Flexible shifting schedule
- Fixed weekend off
- Pure non-voice/ data gathering work
- Amenable to work QC Bridgetowne site (Provided with Relocation Assistance)
