Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an NDIS Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) program. The NDIS Administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our NDIS services and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the coordination and administration of NDIS participant enrolment and ongoing support services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records in the NDIS database
Process invoices, financial claims, and reimbursement requests for NDIS services provided
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of NDIS services
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Respond to inquiries and provide information to participants, their families, and other stakeholders
Support the team in organizing and scheduling meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Act as a liaison between participants and service providers to resolve any issues or concerns
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment processes for NDIS services

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration roles, preferably in the healthcare or disability sector and Handled US, AU, or UK Clients.
Strong knowledge of the NDIS legislation, guidelines, and procedures
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite and database management
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals and groups
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
Understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements in handling sensitive participant information
Reliable internet connection and home office setup. (preferably i5 specs)

Note: The salary may be higher depending on the experience.

Salary Offer: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
