We are seeking an ambitious full-time experienced para legal or experienced medical/clinical team member to provide very high quality administration and clerical services.
Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, this high impact appointment will have direct responsibility for:
High service delivery outcomes for medical practitioners including live dictation of reports, preparing paperwork in advance for patients, gathering data, uploading and downloading. Very fast, efficient typing is a must, a bakground in insurance or medical field would be advantageous

Requirements for this role
Exposure to personal injury insurance, legal, medical or case management environments and a formal relevant qualification will be highly regarded
Successful track record in management or leadership in an equivalent role
Very high attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Verified ability to analyse, develop and implement strategies with an outcome-focused approach
Flexibility and a “hands on” approach in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where quality and values are not compromised
Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills at all levels
Attendance reliability (no academic rosters)
Skills & Experience
Previous experience working within the personal injury, medical or legal administrative field with an understanding of medical and medicolegal terminology is required
Dedicated customer service orientation
Experience in managing a large database
Sound computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent and finely attuned interpersonal skills
Well spoken, excellent understanding and capacity for written English
Remuneration
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Australian Eastern Standard time)
Schedule: 8 hour shift
