Job Description

Location: Mandaluyong City

As an Associate Manager within the Advance team, you will play a vital role in managing multiple projects across various accounts, acting as a strategic partner for all collaborators. You will work with a global team to ensure creative excellence in project delivery, adhering to briefs, timelines, and scopes. You are an excellent listener, understand the broader picture, are emotionally aware, and adept at negotiating relationships to achieve the best outcomes. You recognize business problems, identify opportunities, and shape effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects across accounts and serve as a strategic partner for collaborators.
Collaborate closely with project management and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered according to brief, on time, and within scope.
Ensure projects are strategically aligned and prioritized.
Continuously seek to improve account management practices and collaboration with partners.
Advocate for high-quality creative work.
Promote brand consistency and coherence.
Support team ideas, celebrate successes, and prioritize team well-being.
Maintain high standards, ensuring only the best outcomes are presented to partners.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, and/or marketing communications, preferably within a Marketing or Communications agency

Experience managing people, projects, and resources
Client servicing/agency experience

Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in creative account management, preferably with an advertising agency or internal creative/production team
Confidence in managing senior client stakeholder expectations
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
Exposure to and some experience with Gen AI tools (Writer, ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus

Good to Have:
Experience managing multi-channel programs (e.g., Print, Digital, Media)
Commitment to creating the right conditions and building trust with teams
Ability to inspire creative talent to give their best
Capability to work independently or in a group with minimal supervision
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines

Expected Salary : PHP 40,000-60,000
