Sales Manager

Duties:
As manager of the sales department, you will lead the creation and promotion of an efficient sales structure, the formulation of customer acquisition strategies, and channel development.

Job Responsibility:

1. sales team management
・Building a highly motivated and professional sales team.
・Assist team members with performance evaluation and career growth.
・Develops training manuals for team members and supports staff training and growth.
2. achieving goals through sales team performance management.
・Set KPIs to monitor and analyze sales department performance.
・Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance and team actions to support goal achievement.
・Produce weekly and monthly progress and performance reports and share with upper management.
3. build and promote sales structure
・Develop and execute sales strategies based on market and competitive analysis.
・Search for and sign new partners to acquire new customers.
・Develop sales strategies, including telemarketing, to strengthen relationships with existing partners/customers.

Qualifications:
・Sales management experience in the financial industry (minimum 5 years preferred)
・Experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, strategic planning, and KPI management
・Experience in developing and dealing with merchants (related to motorcycles and four-wheelers (insurance companies, repair stores, parts stores, etc.))
・Experience in team management
・Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred
Experience selling Sangla OR/CR (two-wheel and four-wheel secured loans).
(Experience with Asialink or its affiliates (Cycle Finance, Global Dominion)
Experience in launching a new financial business.
Knowledge of digital marketing and online channels
