Job Description
- Attitude: Must have a positive and optimistic attitude, and maintain good relationships with others.
- Experience: Relevant HR/management experience is a plus.
- HR Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent, handling most facets of Human Resources, particularly recruitment, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, and manpower agency management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Employee Management: Overall employee management, coordination with partner manpower agencies, and timely updating and maintenance of employee information and files.
- Employee Relations: Handle daily employee relations, investigate various employee complaints, and ensure timely and proper resolution of employee issues.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other related tasks as needed.
- Personal Qualities: Mature, people-oriented, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal abilities. Must be willing to do fieldwork, multitask, be flexible, innovative, a team player, and possess strong follow-up skills. Trustworthiness and objectivity are essential.
