Job Description
EDUCATION
Education Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science
or any related course
Certifications/Professional Licensure /
Driver’s License, etc.
CHRP (Certified HR Professional), preferably with masteral
units.
Experience With at least five (5) years solid experience in Human Resources -
Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll & Benefits
Administration and Labor Relations
Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT Strategically involves in recruitment and selection
process by:
Identifying staff vacancies
Improving and making the recruitment
process more streamlined
Initiating talent attraction strategies
Supervising and/or facilitating employee
hiring and onboarding
TIMEKEEPING AND BENEFITS
Oversees timekeeping and benefits management by:
Monitoring any discrepancies on the payroll
summary by the HR Assistant – Timekeeping
and Benefits
Measuring the effectiveness of our
benefits programs and recommend
improvements
Oversees and manages employee punctuality and
attendance by:
Monitoring and checking employee
attendance periodically.
Providing necessary corrective action and
improvement plans to any employee who
will violate any company rules on the
Comprehensive Attendance Policy (CAP).
Designing, developing, and recommending
training and developmental programs based
on both organizations and individual needs.
Reviewing and modifying existing Training
Programs and their effectiveness as
necessary, in order to adapt to the changes
that occur in the work environment.
Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) for
immediate and long-range plans of
Operations and Support groups.
Plotting Training Calendar for the year for
both support and operations team.
Managing the technologies and technical
personnel required to develop, manage and
deliver training
Delivers, conducts and facilitates training by:
Overseeing the delivery of the New
Employee Orientation Program (NEOP);
Conducting soft-skills and technical training
sessions as well as orientation for
Managers, Officers, and Supervisors
Selecting and managing resources, including
working with both internal employees and
training vendors to develop and deliver
training
Monitors employee external and principal training
by:
Safekeeping of employee attendance and
certificates on Principal training locally and
abroad
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Performance Management
Tracks and ensure timely employee evaluations by:
Monitoring timely execution of employee
evaluations (2 nd , 5 th , annual and Training
Assessments)
Initiating annual employee performance
evaluations
Monitoring employee development and
progress
Culture Building
Culturally align each employee to the organization’s
