Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Construction Industry (FORMWORKS)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in a field sales environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to executives

Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
