YOUR ROLE: Account Management: Associate Manager

Your mission: To cultivate relationships and create the right conditions for our people to collaborate, ideate, create, and build trust so our Brand can thrive.
As one of the Associate Managers within the Advance team, you play a critical role. You’ll manage multiple projects within and across accounts, as well as the strategic partner across all our collaborators. You will collaborate amongst a global team to ensure we deliver creative excellence across the projects you manage that are true-to-brief and delivered on time and within scope.
You are also a great listener, understand the big picture, emotionally aware, and an expert at negotiating relationships – to do what is right. . You understand the business problems, see opportunities, and shape a winning approach. You will help to cultivate relationships and create the right conditions for our people to collaborate, ideate, create, and build trust so our Brand can thrive.

Key responsibilities
Manage multiple projects within and across accounts and serve as the strategic partner across all our collaborators
Work closely with the project management and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within scope
Help to ensure that projects are strategically aligned and prioritized
Continually look to improve the way we work as account managers, as well as with our partners
Be a champion for great creative
Help to drive brand consistency and coherence
Defend team ideas, celebrate accomplishments, and take care of our people
Maintain high standards and ensuring only the best outcomes are shared with our partners

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications role, preferably within a Marketing or Communications agency

Client servicing/agency experience

Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in creative account management experience, preferably with advertising agency or internal creative or production team
Confidence managing senior client stakeholder expectations
Critical thinking/problem solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MS suite of products, specifically PPT, Word, Excel
Exposure to and some experience with Gen AI tools (Writer, ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus

Good to Have:
Experience managing multi-channel programs (e.g. Print, Digital, Media)
Commitment to create the right conditions and to build trust with teams
Able to inspire creative talent to give their best
Able to work independently or in a group (without a lot of supervision)
Ability to keep cool under pressure and meet deadlines
Solid organizational skills, multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
