PROJECT NAME: Procurement BPO
POSITION TITLE: Procurement Operations Associate Manager
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and coordinate the Procurement Plus (P) Travel & Mobility category: Meetings & Events sourcing projects on a global level:
Support global target setting in alignment with global and market P+ and category objectives
Support to communicate, execute, and implement global category initiatives
Support, lead, and oversee local sourcing/procurement activities
Support regional category strategy definition, project execution, and stakeholder alignment
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
A degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement, travel, or comparable professional education
At least 5 years of working experience in similar or adequate roles in a procurement environment, with international project and people management elements
Minimum 3 years of experience working with senior executives to implement and manage initiatives in a highly complex matrix organization
3-5 yrs of Strategic Meetings Management Procurement Exp
3-5 yrs of Exp in procurement sourcing, whereas at least 2-4 yrs in Meetings & Events sourcing
Understanding of the legislations across all markets globally related to procurement & to the use of subcontractors
Understanding of supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, & supplier management, with Exp in supporting or delivering tender management & negotiating agreements or Service Level Agreements
Demonstrable Exp in leading small teams
Skills in manipulating data & a quick learner of new systems & tools with the ability to understand & develop pricing models & analyses/interpret commercial proposals
Strategic sourcing & category management expertise including Contract drafting, & contract law
Strong stakeholder & supplier relationship management skills
Strong analytical & reporting skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, leading where appropriate
Ability to plan, prioritize, & deliver own work
High standard of empathy towards the stakeholder, listening ability
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Intermediate/High-level Microsoft Office proficiency including expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Forward, out-of-the-box thinking & an innovative, disruptive, & open mindset
Action-oriented & solution-minded team player with a high degree of self-management
Fluent in English
