Job Description

Required Qualifications:
Graduate with a Bachelor's degree (4/5 years) in Psychology, HR Management, and other related courses
1-3 years experience in Recruitment, preferably in a BPO or call center working environment
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Basic understanding of Adobe software application
Typing speed of 30 wpm
Ability to absorb new learning quickly. Basic problem-solving, and the ability to work independently when necessary
Ability to make reports
Attention to data accuracy and detail
Flexible to work during the morning to middle shifts such as 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. or 12 noon - 9 p.m.
Open to work onsite in Cebu Business Park, Cebu
Can start ASAP (2nd week of July)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time role with the primary responsibility of supporting Human Resources Management with tasks such as recruitment, staffing, learning and development, performance management, employee productivity, and engagement.

He or she will take the lead on sourcing/hiring activities, provide guidance and help workers with Employee Relations and Benefits implementation, and be a key component in the branch's successful Talent Development and Engagement plan.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources Functions:
Assist the Senior Human Resource Manager in the development of company HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Assists in preparing HR Operational budget to support mid to long-term requirements
Develops and sustains standardized HR internal reporting systems and procedures
Helps maintain continuous improvement initiatives for HR Operations
Performs Human Resources functions including but not limited to:

Talent Acquisition
Takes the lead in all aspects of the recruitment process of the company but not limited to:
Sourcing and identification of talent/recruitment services company
Posting of Job ads
Testing administration and initial screening of applicants
Creation of Job Offers and Contracts for applicants
Preparation of Company employment documentary requirements for applicants
Ensuring pre-employment requirements are provided to successfully hired applicants
Conduct New Hire Company Orientation and coordinate with different departments for their new hire orientations
Maintenance of Associates 201 files with the utmost confidentiality and ensures such files are current and updated

Employee Services and Benefits Implementation:
Oversees all statutory documentary reportorial requirements of Associates and ensures company's compliance as mandated there at:
Social Security System (SSS)
PhilHealth
Home Mutual Development Fund (HDMF)
Performs timekeeping responsibilities and coordinates with the Finance Department

Payroll
Service Provider in ensuring accurate payroll computation and timely payroll release to associates
Ensures business units compliance for Associates' performance reviews in a timely manner
Takes the lead in company medical insurance package to associates from new hire orientation up to yearly renewal / new medical insurance application.
Takes the lead in employees' resignation and termination process.
Employee Engagement and Labor Relations
Assists the Senior Human Resources Manager in developing programs to promote talent retention.
Suggests/creates/promotes talent engagement programs.
Handles and mediates employees' disciplinary actions and procedures and escalates to the Senior Human Resources Manager any high-level incidents or concerns.
Conduct disciplinary meetings with associates as necessary
Mediates associates' work disputes and ensures closure of such.
Recommends appropriate associates' disciplinary action.
Make representation to statutory agencies and handle and mediate employee disputes and concerns.
May represent the Senior Human Resources Manager in all internal or external meetings

Training and Development
Assists the Senior Human Resources Manager in developing and implementing training for associates.
Sources and identifies training house suppliers.
Ensures associate participation and compliance with various training programs.
Keeps updated training records of associates in 201 files.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
