Job Description

In-house Recruitment Specialist

Work Set-up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5 pm EST (during the first month 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST)

Work Location: Cebu



Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for call center positions at Redefined Growth Marketing (RGM), including sourcing, screening, and interviewing (final hiring decisions will be made by Call Center Management).

• Collaborate with Managers and the Call Center Director at RGM to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

• Utilize various recruitment channels, both traditional and digital, to attract qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.

• Manage day-to-day HR activities at RGM, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies at RGM.

• Handle employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Collaborate with team leads to implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

• Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and satisfaction.

• Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment.



Requirements:

• Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus!

• At least 2+ years of experience in HR and/or Recruitment roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
