Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitates registration, reporting and updating employee’s membership to SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, including registration and verification of TIN with BIR.
Ensures that all government reports are submitted on or before specified due dates and that the company is updated and in full compliance with government mandated remittances.
Processes government mandated government benefits from SSS i.e. Sickness, Maternity Notification, computation, claims and reimbursements
Coordinates with HMO regarding inclusion and exclusion of members, billing, payment coordination, availments, etc.
Handles monitoring of leave credit entitlement and availments.
Facilitates requisition, processing, monitoring and issuance of company uniform

Job Specifications
Minimum Educational Attainment: College Degree in Human Resource Management or any business related course
Minimum Experience: at least 2 years
Minimum Skills/ Trainings Required: Must be computer literate
