Medical Field Sales Representative

Daily Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services,
• Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled,
• Provide Marketing Support for their sales department,
• Making daily cold calls to hospitals or clinics,
• Willingness to go on field sales and attend meetings to portential clients,
• Shall provide necessary documentations for accreditation,
• Handle customer complaints or concerns,
• Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately,
• Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing,
• Shall assist in generating reports by the department assigned,

Qualification:

• Fresh Graduates of Marketing or Business-related courses,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Can work with minimum supervision
