As an Application Development Manager fluent in Japanese, you will lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications. Your role involves overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English are essential for collaborating with international stakeholders and providing technical guidance to the team. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency in software development processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to - understand project requirements and deliver robust software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent in Japanese, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively
- Can communicate technical concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Java technologies.
