Application Development Manager-Japanese Bilingual Software dev

Job Description: As an Application Development Manager fluent in Japanese, you will lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Your role involves managing project timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards. Effective communication skills in both Japanese and English are crucial for collaborating with international stakeholders and providing technical guidance to the team. You will also contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency in software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver robust software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes.
Communicate effectively with international stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in Japanese, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Java technologies.
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java or other related programming languages.

Salary:
PHP 50,000 - PHP 80,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
