Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Leading and overseeing the company’s daily operational activities, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently; Implement effective processes, manage a diverse team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives; Collaborate with other senior leaders to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Management; Master's Degree or MBA is preferred
- Preferably a Registered or Professional Engineer
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations Management
- At least 5 years in a Senior Leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and leading large teams
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance
