Role Summary:
The Founders Office Internship is an opportunity to interface with senior management of a rapidly expanding venture and ecosystem-building studio. Interns will be exposed to the venture studio's operations, financial management, and marketing efforts as well as those of the 30+ ventures being co-built with the company. Interns will gain meaningful experience side-by-side marketing experts, financial analysts, seasoned operators, experienced managers, and real-life founders–all of which are geared to helping interns gain a better understanding of where they can be most effective in the startup space, while providing them insights as to where they can further develop their professional capacities.

Role Responsibilities:
Throughout the effectiveness of the Internship Program, the interns shall be assigned to specific or varied areas and venues under the supervision of AHG Lab through a hybrid working arrangement whereby the interns report to the office at least two (2) times per week. Interns can expect to be given an introduction to The Philippine startup ecosystem and can expect to be given projects that further the interests of AHG Lab or any of the ventures within the portfolio. Other than projects, interns will be exposed to day-to-day operations and are expected to gain an understanding of the venture studio model and the key stakeholders in the Philippine startup industry.

Over the course of the program, interns will be exposed to the following non-exhaustive list of tasks:
- Strategic Market Research
- Investment Analysis
- Financial Reconciliation
- Creation and Editing of Decks
- Product and Tech Testing
- Business Operations and Clerical Work
- Participation and Assistance in Company Events, Trainings, and Workshops
- Other Business and Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and other business-related programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with basic knowledge of financial principles and market research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of conducting market research and investment analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit presentations.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated interest in startups and innovation, proactive, and eager to learn about business operations.
- Willing to assist in company events, training, and workshops.
