Senior Financial Analyst

A Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights,
and supporting strategic decision-making within an organization. The role typically involves
working with financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and conducting financial analysis to
guide business decisions. The Senior FA collaborates with various departments to assess
financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

SALARY: PHP 60,000 - 80,000
Location: Pasig City

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• Previous experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles. Experience in the industry or sector of the hiring company is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management software. Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze and explain variances between actual financial results and budget/forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Data Compilation: Collect, organize, and validate financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects or management inquiries.
