As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Graphic Design Account.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative on our Graphic Design Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through non-voice channels. You will engage with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role does not involve phone calls but focuses on written communication, making it ideal for individuals with strong writing skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to address customer requests and feedback
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving

Qualifications:
1. Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Education: K12 graduate or has completed at least 2 years in college.
3. Experience: For High School graduates, a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.
4. Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma/TOR. If no diploma is available, candidates must submit at least 2 school supporting documents such as ID, study load, certificate of registration, etc.
5. Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
