Job Description

LOCATION: CEBU PHILIPPINES
JOB TITLE: WELLBEING AND RESILIENCE DEPUTY MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively assist in the development, implementation, management and evaluation of the Wellbeing and Resilience Programs and initiatives for all employees at the Cebu location, from Managers to the Reviewers.
- Liaison and partner with the identified internal and external stakeholders- like the business and operations teams and third-party vendors - to ensure the smooth execution of the Wellbeing and Resilience programs.
- Have open, timely and effective communication and proactively give feedback, as this is critical to the success of these programs.
- Though direct clinical work will be minimal, [ as we have a third-party vendor that provides the counselling and therapeutic services] a strong understanding of clinical aspects is required as you assess the effectiveness of this third-party vendor and partner with them closely to obtain feedback and co-create innovative programs that meet ongoing needs. as required, will develop innovative and impactful mental health campaigns that we will run for our people.

Desirable Skills
Internal & Restricted Requirement/Qualifications:

- A Graduate degree [ Masters Level] in a clinical field, with at least 3 years of clinical experience, familiar with assessments and clinical treatment strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices.
- PRC license (RPsy or RGC), membership in professional organization.
- An inherent interest in the area of mental health, resilience, coping skills and positive psychology. –
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to coordinate, manage and evaluate programs as you collaborate with the different stakeholders.
- Be driven, proactive, detail oriented, innovative in your approach and be flexible, conscientious, willing to grow and take pride in your work contributions.

Additional preferred requirements:

- Have time management skills, good writing communication skills, knowledge of basic Microsoft office tools [ppt and excel] to be able to create well documented and accurate reports as required, able to prioritize, work in a dynamic environment, obtain and share feedback.
- Be able to evaluate ongoing programs and have some knowledge of mental health and social sciences research.
- Able to conduct training programs, workshops and making presentations.
- Able to create and run awareness campaigns to enhance the engagement of employees in the Wellbeing services offered.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
