Job Description
At least has a background 2 to 3 years in Accounting
Preparation of sales register, Sales certificate and summary of charges and free items
Preparation of monthly billings for tenants and other customers, both internal and external.
Performs detailed numerical work with speed and accuracy while meeting critical deadlines: make arithmetic calculations accurately and rapidly
Facilitate the billing of rentals, utilities and other charge both to tenants and the corporate accounts.
