Job Description
Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role (Preferably in food industry)
Knowledge of different training methods and learning theories
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Certifications in training management are a plus
Assess the training and development needs of all employees using a Training Needs Analysis
Assist in creating a budget for all training and development initiatives
Design specific training programs that target employees' skill gaps and increase their productivity
Create a training material that will help improve effective learning and boost professional development of every members of the company

- 35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
