QUALIFICATIONS:

- College Degree. 2-3 years experience in Workforce Management.
- Experience with forecasting and scheduling.
- With supervisory experience handling Lead RTA or Lead WF. - Experience in handling all LOB (Email, chat and voice).
Salary:
55.000,00 ₱ Monthly
