TQM Supervisor
Job description:
- Prepare and assist in development of audit plans/ schedules.
- Conduct management system audit / formulates, evaluates and monitors quality system performance for continuous improvement.
- Provide effective leadership in coordinating projects and policy development activities.
- Determination and implementation of company policy; conduct analyses of a wide range of customer policies and requirements involving organization, procedures, and services.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and recommendations and present them effectively both in written and oral form.
- Supports Customer Audit Quality System & document requirements.
- Supports Supplier Audit Quality System & Document requirements
- Monitors the completion of audits from audit planning to closure of Corrective and Preventive Action Report (CPAR).
- Ensure CPAR investigations are conducted and root causes are identified.
- Present audit reports to top management, as needed.
- Provides Total Quality Management trainings/ orientation to related employees.
- Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the department.
Job Requirements:
- At least two (2) years auditing experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience with International Standards requirements
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 standard and variants
- Knowledgeable with auditing tools (e.g., Control Charts, Fishbone diagram, Turtle diagram, etc.)
- Data analysis, objective-thinking, judgment and leadership skills
- Schedule-orientated (able to consistently maintain schedules and meet deadlines) Detail‐oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledgeable in use of computers and applicable software (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.)
