Job Description
> 3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO
> Non-negotiable: 1+ years of Team Lead experience handling Fraud accounts and inbound call-taking agents OR TL handling Customer Service/Collection/Telco
> Proven leadership skills
> Strong communication skills, including active listening.
> Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.
> Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
> Amenable to work 100% ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG).
> Able to start ASAP
