Job Description
> Bachelor's degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)
> 3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO
> 1+ years Team Lead experience HANDLING COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT and inbound call taking agents
> Proven leadership skills
> Strong communication skills, including active listening.
> Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.
> Can start immediately
