Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and growth goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals aligned with profitability targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to create and implement promotional strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Provide regular performance and market insight reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in pest control, agriculture, or chemical distribution.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
