Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing the company’s social media pages such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Ability to create engaging content on different platforms (email campaign, video, newsletter, etc)
Experience using tools such as Google Suite, AI, WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, Hubspot, etc
Community moderation and management expert

Responsibilities:

Helping the business development with administration related to marketing
Managing the company’s social media pages such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Setup and manage Marketing Campaigns and sequences in the CRM system (HubSpot)
Upload leads for BDR following, including finalizing content and steps for BDRs to follow as part of their processes
Maintain, nurture, and update contacts within the company’s CRM for their status
Create and maintain the company’s Marketing Dashboard and Reports
Maintain and update client’s vertical and industry designation in the CRM
Manage the Reference Program: Work with existing clients to obtain quotes, references, and video testimonials
Manage the customer and prospect survey program
Maintain and update the content of the website via the marketing firm
Schedule and manage C3 Marketing Events: Webinar, on-site, etc.
