We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist with expertise in both digital and traditional marketing strategies. The role encompasses various responsibilities, including social media marketing, employer branding, and overall marketing support to attract and retain clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and audience engagement techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand visibility and support business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
Develop and prepare marketing strategies to increase and entice clients to partner with eFlexervices.
Prepare marketing proposals to prospective clients.
Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital platforms to maintain brand consistency and drive audience engagement
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and boost recruiting efforts across digital and traditional channels.
Plan and coordinate email marketing campaigns, including the creation of newsletters, and personalized content to nurture leads and retain customers.
Manage social media paid and organic marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok., to engage with the target audience and enhance brand awareness.
Execute employer branding initiatives to showcase the company culture and attract top talent, including content creation for career pages and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support sales efforts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies.
Utilize digital analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Support sales teams in lead generation efforts by providing marketing collateral, conducting prospecting activities, and nurturing leads through email drip campaigns.
Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, job fairs, and networking activities to showcase the company's products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Proficiency in social media management tools
Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels and formats.
Experience in email marketing campaign creation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing marketing opportunities.
Demonstrates a keen eye for graphics and possesses strong video editing skills.
