Multimedia Officer

Job Description:
The in-house multimedia artist should establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices. maintaining the appearance of websites and all digital platforms of the company by enforcing design/layout standards. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with the branding identity of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Basic editing of short video as and creating content with the Digital Media Coordinator for digital media content.
· Provide thought leadership on web layout/design.
· Create at least 3 concepts and ideas to deliver the expected output.
· Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers’/audience’s needs.
· Establish and promote design guidelines aligned to the standards of company branding.
· Can create high-fidelity mockups for vetting and user testing.
· Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.
· Assist in the development of a brand and how to convey it cohesively across our multiple digital platforms.
· Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations (if necessary);
· Execute all visual layout and design stages from concept to final hand-off of the overall branding identity of the company;
· Keeping up to date with design and software trends; and
· Maintain complete documentation related to all the layout/design published across all platforms.
· Can maintain and facilitate the job order system of the multimedia division management of staff.

Criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or related field, or significant equivalent experience.
· A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in layout and design; Leadership and management of employees.
· Understands marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product development, advertisements, and multimedia design.
· Effective management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· Able to give and receive constructive criticism in terms of receiving feedback from the delivered output.
· Proficient in using Adobe products or equivalent tools.
· Knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.
· Willing to learn and be a holistic Marketing Professional.
· Experience: Multimedia: 3 years (Required)

Salary Range (Php): 20k-35k/month
